General

Payment

Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise approved by Whitefish Printing & Apparel (“Whitefish”) staff.  We accept cash, checks, PayPal, and most credit/debit cards.  Payment is not required until you approve your digital mockup.

Minimums

Our minimum order quantity for screen printing is 48 shirts per design.

Turnaround time

Typical turnaround time for screen printing and direct embroidery is 10 business days from the time that we receive payment and approval of the digital mockup. Shipping is not included in the turnaround time for your order.

*Custom patch hat orders will have a longer turnaround time. Please contact us for current lead times.

What if I Need an Exact Quantity?

All orders can have up to a 5% under run. We do our best to deliver the exact quantity that you order, but occasionally garments are damaged in the printing process. Because of this, we highly recommend that you order a few extra garments to account for this possibility. A credit or refund will be issued for any damaged garments.

Rush orders

Orders that are required to be delivered sooner than our standard turnaround time may be subject to rush fees. Please let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations

In the event that your order needs to be cancelled, refunds will be based on the status of the order (ie. whether or not the blank garments have been ordered, decorated, etc.)

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Whitefish be liable to the customer for any amount greater than the amount paid to Whitefish to provide goods and services. 

Quotes

Quotes expire after 30 days. The price is subject to change upon review of artwork and may be revised at the time of invoice.

Artwork Ownership

Artwork created by Whitefish is the sole property of Whitefish. Any artwork submitted to Whitefish is the property of you or the rightful owner. We will not reproduce your artwork without you or the rightful owner’s consent.

Social Sharing

We love showing examples of projects that we are working on via our website and social media accounts. This allows people to see what we’re up to and the type of services that we provide. Please let us know if you are not comfortable with your garments being photographed and posted. Unless we are notified, we will assume that we have your permission to post pictures of your garments to our website and social platforms.

Garments

Out of Stocks

Periodically, our vendors will run out of particular styles, sizes or colors. If this happens during the order process, we will do our best to find a substitute and have it approved by you prior to ordering. If you choose to wait for the item to be restocked, we cannot guarantee a turnaround time for your order.

Manufacturer Defects

Whitefish is not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor, including color inconsistencies, stitching errors, or other defects. We do our best to inspect the garments as they are decorated but we cannot guarantee each item.

Decoration

Artwork

The quality of your final print can only be as good as the artwork that you provide. Files should be 300 DPI or vector format. The design should be sized to the final size that you want it to be printed and any text must be converted to outlines.

Whitefish is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file.  Artwork will be printed as it is shown on your approved mock-up, so we recommend checking your mockup for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement, and accuracy before approving.

Trademarks

The customer assumes complete responsibility for the artwork and warrants that they have the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs in the artwork.

Shipping & Receiving

Shipping

Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your invoice.  We do not assume responsibility for goods once they have left our facility and will not be responsible for delays, lost goods, or damages caused by the freight carrier.

Quality Assurance

We highly recommend checking your order for accuracy upon receipt. You will have a 72 hour window from the time you receive your order to notify us of any issues.
