Custom Embroidered Patch Hats
Embroidered patch on Richardson 112 hat.
We love the look of a classic embroidered patch hat. Embroidered patches are a great option for simple designs that do not have too much fine detail. We carefully stitch each patch onto your hat of choice.
• 25 hat minimum/design
• 10–14 business day production time
Custom Leather Patch Hats
Custom leather patch on a YP Classics Flat Bill Snapback Cap.
Have your design etched into genuine or faux leather patches that are then stitched onto your favorite hat style. Patches can be made in standard (circle, square, rectangle) or custom shapes.

• 10–14 business day production time
Custom Woven Patch Hats
Custom woven patches on Richardson 112 hats.
Woven patches are a great option for more detailed designs that can't quite be captured with embroidery. Woven patches can be made in a wide variety of shapes and can be finished with your choice of a merrowed, satin stitched, or laser cut border.
• 50 hat minimum/design
• 4–6 week production time
Each patch is individually stitched on in our studio.
